In response to COVID-19, we are here for our customers

We are committed to offering the best possible service to you, our customer. We intend to continue honoring that commitment even as things change. However, in times like this there will be challenges. Some of our manufactures ship from overseas.  Due to this some items will be back ordered.  We try very hard to be transparent with customers about their order.  We will let you know if it is indeed on back order.  Some of our carriers may not deliver to certain areas. At this time they are not delivering into customers' homes either. We will inform our customers, if their area has been impacted. UPS is maintaining delivery services except where limited by government restrictions. We are working in partnership with governments around the world to obtain exceptions that allow our operations to continue wherever possible, even in restricted areas. UPS delivery operations have been designated critical infrastructure by governments and we continue to pick up and deliver, even in restricted areas.
